Reservation Deadline: January 27, 2017

The grant will support 2 nights’ accommodation for all programs, with the exception of South Carolina, for whom we will cover 3 nights. Each program will be responsible for paying for any additional nights.

The grant supplement supports attendance and accommodations for up to 2 faculty members from each program (individual rooms), and will cover lodging costs for all fellows (shared rooms). As in the past, all funded sites will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference. Please note that Programs will be responsible for contacting the hotel directly to book lodging for any faculty over the two Faculty quota. A credit card and photo ID must be provided upon check in. All faculty and fellows will be responsible for incidental hotel charges (incl., mini bar charges, room service, restaurant bills, parking, phone calls, movies, etc.).

All programs are responsible for air and ground transportation costs.

Participants who do not provide the name of a roommate will be assigned one.

Abstracts from fellows are due no later than February 8, 2017.

Please register for the Meeting first and then you will be asked to submit your abstract electronically.

If you have already registered for the meeting, and are returning to submit an abstract, click this link to complete the online abstract form.

Please submit your FINAL Powerpoint presentation to by March 8th, 2017.

Fellows in the planning phase and not yet ready to present data, will present to a table of faculty and other fellows. We hope to afford these fellows more time for discussion of their plans than would be possible in a large group format. If a fellow has a complete project, they are welcome to choose this small group discussion model to plan the next phase of their project.

Fellows who have collected data and are in the process of analysis or dissemination efforts will present their research to the large group. Based on the numbers, we hope that all attendees will be able to hear these presentations.
